Make eye contact with your baby, and let them see your happy face. It is their favourite thing to look at.
Use a sing-song, high pitched tone. Babies like this better than our normal voices.
Use longer vowel sounds and exaggerate your pronunciation of words. For example, daddy becomes daaaddyy.
