When our children are anxious about something, we parents are often tempted to just make their fears go away. If your little one is worried about returning to school, be tolerant and work on building your communication. Try hearing them out, turning them over together and finding shared solutions. Talk about all that you have already survived in the past months of not being able to see friends and loved ones. When you do it together, some uncertainty is not so bad.
